Job Responsibilities:
1. Verify the conventional solderability of chip and urge the improvement of electrode process to meet customer needs;
2. Routine aging and environmental reliability test to ensure product reliability and long-term test ability to meet customer needs;
3. Made product calibration tablets and managed the point-measuring machine of the production line to promote the electrical consistency and accuracy of products;
4. Trained the use of relevant machines, made SOP, handled exceptions, maintained and monitored daily;
5. Put forward improvement plans and measures for abnormal products to promote product yield;
6. Process, process or standard optimization, productivity efficiency improvement;
7. Timeliness and accuracy of reporting data statistics.
Job Requirements:
